Before You Get In
- Verify Your Ride: Before entering the cab, always match the license plate number, vehicle model, and driver’s name/photo with the details provided in your booking confirmation (app/SMS).
Share Your Trip Details: Use the app to share your ride details (driver, vehicle info, and live location) with a trusted friend or family member.
Know the Route: Have a general idea of the route to your destination. You can use a GPS app on your phone to track the cab’s progress and ensure you are heading in the right direction.
During Your Ride
Sit in the Back Seat: For better personal space and safety, it is always advisable to sit in the back seat, especially if you are traveling alone.
Buckle Up: Always wear your seat belt. A working seat belt is vital for your safety in the event of an accident.
Stay Alert: Avoid being completely engrossed in your phone or other distractions. Remain aware of your surroundings and the traffic conditions.
